BKPR is a web and Android game operated by its independent creator. This policy explains the information used to run the public alpha.

Information we process

  • Email address and authentication records when you create an account.
  • Game names, save-game state, and save timestamps when you use cloud saves.
  • Patreon membership status and OAuth credentials when you choose to link Patreon.
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser details, errors, and request timestamps maintained by hosting and security providers.
  • Messages you voluntarily send for support or alpha feedback.

Guest saves are stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage may permanently remove them.

Analytics and advertising

BKPR does not currently load advertising or Google Analytics during this public-alpha launch. If optional analytics are introduced, this policy and the appropriate consent controls will be updated first.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate players, store saves, provide supporter entitlements, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer support requests, and improve BKPR.

Service providers

BKPR relies on hosting, database/authentication, and Patreon services. Those providers process limited data needed to supply their services under their own terms and privacy practices. BKPR does not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Account and save data is retained while your account is active or as reasonably required to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from account settings. This removes the authentication identity, profile, cloud saves, Patreon connection and OAuth credentials, and associated OAuth logs. The in-app deletion flow also clears the BKPR local save on that device. A deletion request is also available at bkprgame.com/account-deletion. Limited records may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup-cycle completion. Guest save data can be removed through browser or app storage controls.

Children

BKPR is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. Please contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information.

Security

BKPR uses HTTPS, authentication, access controls, and database row-level security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
